In-person creative workshops six blocks, four holes

Wrong shapes welcome.

Forma is a Saturday shape-sorter for grown-ups. Every workshop is a chunky wooden block — clay, paint, petals, crumb. Rummage the toybox below, find the hole your morning fits through, and keep the ones you love on your shelf.

The sorter lid — poke a hole to filter

Poking a hole sets the category filter. Poke it again to see everything.

How sorting works

  1. Rummage

Type a word or pick a hole. The toybox rattles and only the blocks that fit stay on the rug. Search and category combine, so “paint” through the Painting hole is a very short hunt.

  2. Hold it up

Open any block for the full inspection: dates, times, prices, seats, and who teaches it. Everything on the tray is the whole truth — no fine print under the felt.

  3. Shelf it

Press Save and the block goes on your toybox shelf, kept in this browser while you decide. Toggle Saved only to admire just your shortlist.

All six blocks meet in person at the Forma studio, 14 Kiln Lane — a fictional address for a fictional but enthusiastic workshop. Come as you are; aprons, clay, paint water and flour dust are provided. Wear something that forgives.

  • Small groups only. Six to fourteen seats a session, so the teacher knows your name by the second sip.
  • Take it home. Every block ends with something you made: a cup, a canvas, a bouquet, a loaf.
  • Nothing to buy at the door. Browsing and shortlisting here are free; seats are claimed in person.
