Pneumatic dispatch record · all lines live
Sheet no. 3B-07 · ref. PNEUMA/NET
PNEUMA
The team inbox, run as a pneumatic-tube network. Every task is a canister. Drop it in, seal it, and watch it ride the line from the intake dock to the delivered bin.
Intake window
Showing 12 of 12 dockets
Search and status line combine. Use a line total on the station map to filter, then open a docket to re-route it. Clear returns every docket.
Dispatch board
This line is clear
No dockets match that title and status line. The tube is empty — try a different route or clear the filters.
Room 3B · handling code · rev. 7
Every message deserves a route that ends.
A dispatch room is only as good as its seals. These are the three rules taped above the intake window, kept because they still work.
-
01
Seal the intent
A canister carries one job in plain words. If the label needs a meeting to explain it, it is not ready for the tube.
-
02
Name the jam
A blocked docket is not a failure, it is a report. Write down what is holding the line before you send it on.
-
03
Log the thunk
When a canister lands, stop. A delivered job with no note is a job that will come back down the tube twice.
