Nothing here is ticketed in advance. Times, venues and admission are as filed; turn up, or peg it first so you do not lose it.

    Your shortlist

Open any entry and choose Add to shortlist. Pegs stay clipped to the rule above and to this list while you keep browsing.

Nothing pegged yet. The rule is holding ten entries — clip the ones you want and this panel starts keeping score.

      • Pegged entries turn amber on the rule above, so your weekend reads at a glance.
      • The running total at the door is added up here, from $0 to $74.
      • Anything you peg that runs at the same time on the same day gets flagged.

      How to read the rule

Annotated diagram of one track of the hour rule A horizontal rule ticked every half hour from 18:00 to 21:30. A solid bar marks a listing from 18:30 to 20:00, its width showing the ninety-minute duration, with a filled triangle at its corner meaning the entry is on your shortlist. A dashed outline at 21:00 marks an entry hidden by the current filter. 18:0019:00 20:0021:00 03 NIGHT WALK DURATION 90 MIN PEG = ON YOUR SHORTLIST HIDDEN BY FILTER

      What to expect

      Formats
Four entries are seated, three are drop-in, two are participatory and one is guided. Drop-in entries run long — the print exchange holds four hours, the Storehouse exhibition five.
      Access
Every entry files its own access note, printed in full on its detail sheet. Six state step-free or ground-floor access; the screening has lift access to the auditorium; the bookshop has one shallow step with a portable ramp; the night walk crosses two short cobbled sections.
      Money
Admission is shown at the door and nothing here is pre-booked. Pegging an entry reserves nothing; it only keeps it on your rule.

      End of sheet

Two days is not very long.

The rule runs out at 17:00 on Sunday, when the last reading finishes at the Corner Bookshop. Everything before that is still open.
